Local deliveries are carried by third-party delivery companies such as  UPS and USPS.

FREE! domestic shipping and handling within the US.

For international orders shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

It usually takes 1- 2 business days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and 
3-5 business days (Mon - Fri) to deliver for destinations within the US.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
If your order is more than 3 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email and provide your name, order number, and date of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses Using UPS and USPS.

You can check the status of your order at any time by contacting us. You can also reach out to our customer support team at email to ask questions. 

If we have your email address you will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
